Celebrate a special birthday at Wake Island!

Wake Island is the perfect place for your next party. We are the largest waterpark resort on the West Coast! Come visit our beautiful oasis of water, sun and sand. We offer 2 party packages that are suitable for anyone above the height of 48”.

Our Parties are “Different” in a good way. Here’s Why.

We let our guests party all day long! If your party has a scheduled activity (such as a 1PM reservation on the Aqua Park or Wakeboarding cable), that does not mean your party “starts at 1PM” or “ends” directly after.

This is how it works:

Our park has no entrance fee and is open from late morning to early evening. We need a 30-minute heads up before you would like your party to eat the pizza you pre-ordered. Other than that, enjoy the flexibility we offer at Wake Island, whether it’s a two- to three-hour stay (AQUA Splash) or an all-day affair (Ultimate Splash). We don’t have individual “party” rooms or hosts who force you into a schedule.

The AQUA Splash Birthday Party includes two back-to-back AQUA PARK sessions, and all-day standard beach access. The birthday child gets Wake Island gifts too!  

A typical party experience might consist of 1) checking in and then letting everyone swim and play at the beach, 2) participating in your booked AQUA PARK sessions, 3) eating lunch on the beach or grabbing one of our picnic tables, and 4) ending the party with some more beach time.


During the online purchasing process, you will have upgrade options that include: buying AQUA Socks, cashless wallets, Souvenir Cups for the other kids and renting cabanas or booking other park activities.

The Ultimate Splash Birthday Party includes two back-to-back AQUA PARK sessions; UNLIMITED use of our Zipline, FreeFall Tower, AQUA Ninja Course and Hamster Wheels; and all-day standard beach access. The birthday child gets Wake Island gifts too!

A typical party experience might start with running on the Hamster Wheels, racing on the AQUA Ninja Course, Ziplining over the water and then breaking for lunch. This could be followed by back-to-back
AQUA PARK sessions and then ending the day with swimming, trying the FreeFall Tower and revisiting the activities mentioned above.

During the online purchasing process, you will have upgrade options that include: buying AQUA Socks, cashless wallets, Souvenir Cups for the other kids and renting cabanas or booking other park activities.

Yes! You can bring your own dessert (not food) and we will store it in our fridge or freezer for your convenience until you are ready to serve it. Please make sure if you bring a cake you bring all the utensils and a knife to cut it. We highly recommend cup cakes, make your life easier! (PlEASE NOTE: You must come pick up your dessert from the cafe, we do not bring it out to you on the beach)

Yes, as long as it is in a reusable water bottle (like a hydro flask), we have water filling stations throughout the park!

When you check in we will take your food and can add anything extra you might have at that time.  You will schedule a time to pick up your food from the kitchen, as we do not deliver it.

Yes, our party packages come with two pizzas and two pitchers of soda, more can be purchased for your party at check-in. (PLEASE NOTE: you must come pick up your pizzas and sodas from the cafe, at the time you schedule during check in, employees do not bring them to you)

Each party comes with 10 activity bands, (regardless if it’s a child or adult) if you have more than 10 people doing activities it will be an additional $29 for the Ninja Splash party, and $49 for the Ultimate Splash party.

You can add additional guests when booking the party, it’s an additional $29 for the Ninja Splash party, and $49 for the Ultimate Splash party.

Each party package comes with 10 standard beach access bands on top of the 10 activity bands that can be used for parents to get into the standard beach.  Additional bands can be purchased during checkout or at the park for $10.  We also have lot so free access areas where parents can hang out.  PLEASE NOTE: if you have a cabana we DO NOT sell VIP beach a-la-carte passes, make sure you book enough cabanas for everyone!

Yes, you can bring a table and canopy to the standard beach. Most birthday parties do this in lieu of spending the extra money on cabanas for the entire group since the kids will be off playing most of the time.  If you do choose to purchase cabanas make sure you purchase enough for the entire group.

No, party packages do not come with a cabana, the best option in our opinion would be to bring one or two pop-up canopy tents for the standard beach and set up your party that way. There’s just too many factors to consider in purchasing cabanas for parties like not having enough space in your cabana for the child who didn’t RSVP, or a parent who now decided they want to stay with their child.  If you do want to book cabanas, note that we DO NOT sell VIP beach passes a-la-carte, make sure you book enough cabanas for everyone!

Yes, minimal decorations are allowed, streamers on canopies or cabanas as long as they are taped and not tacked or stapled, balloons, etc. We do not allow confetti.

 We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before your first AQUA PARK session, however you’re welcome to come earlier and swim.  If you have the Ultimate Splash Party you will have access all day to the zip line, hamster wheels, and ninja race course.

The tables are first come first serve, as we don’t provide a designated “birthday” area as it’s a flexible party where you guys don’t have to follow a schedule!  You are more than welcome to bring your own table.

Absolutely not! You are welcome to stay at the park from the time our beach opens until it closes at 6pm! You are also more than welcome to arrive before the start of your double session!

No, the only thing that you have a time restriction on is the AQUA PARK sessions. The ninja race course, hamster wheels, and zipline are unlimited and available until 5:30 each night.

No, Wake Island parties are designed specifically for the relaxed ‘no schedule’ type of day.  We take pride in not forcing you to do a 1 hr activity and then pushing you into a room for 45 minutes and then asking you to leave.

A: Yes, everyone must be at least 48” inches tall. If somebody is invited to the party that is not 48” tall, they CANNOT participate in the activities but they can still swim at the beach.  We measure everybody!

No, only guests tall enough to participate will take an activity band. You will also not have to buy them a beach band, they are free with a paying adult.
