Please fill out our Waiver

Your waiver will expire at the end of each season.

If you are only purchasing a Beach Pass and not participating in an activity, you will still need to complete a waiver.

If you show up to check-in and your waiver is not complete, you will need to 1) step aside to complete your waiver and 2) return to the back of the check-in line.

Waivers need to be completed by parents or legal guardians if they will not be accompanying their child to the waterpark. Children under the age of 12 may not be left at the park if not accompanied by someone 16 or older at all times. We also offer a spectacular Kids Summer Camp that you can find in our Groups & Birthdays section on our website.
