How We Charge?
All bookings must be made in advance online via our website.
All bookings must be made using a Chipped Card!
Your online passes do not guarantee immediate entry, you will need to redeem your passes at the purchase window prior to entry. Passes will need to be signed for.
The purchaser must BRING the chipped card (EMV) used for the purchase and a State Issued Photo ID (Driver’s License) that matches the name on the card.
Wake Island Reserves the right to refuse the Pass if these two documents are not present. If the purchaser cannot be present or a parent is sending their child, you can choose to pre-arrange with your children ahead of time to do a Facetime, Skype or other video call wherein you can demonstrate your credit card and photo ID to the attendant.
Wake Island Pricing Overview
Because our activities are so diverse and can be very physically challenging, we charge per activity as well as offer some great season pass membership options. This gives you the opportunity to explore everything there is to do in the water park at your own pace.
Wake Island Waterpark has activities for all ages, from the smallest child to the athletic wakeboarder. It’s a fun day for kids, parents and grandparents! Come explore the park’s beautiful setting and get ready…it’s a one-of-a-kind water journey!
The only area of the park where we do charge admittance is our standard and VIP Beach areas, but purchasing any activity gets you free entry to the Standard beach . As well, there is no charge to the beach areas for children under 48″ tall since they are not able to do any of the activities.
Season Pass Holders Booking policy
Please do not make a booking unless you are 100% sure you are coming. Members that do not show up for any booking will be charged for that time at the standard rates and will forfeit future membership privileges.
Cancellation Policy
Guests (including birthday parties) who cancel a reservation 7 or more days in advance may:
- Reschedule the reservation for a future date
- Receive a full-value gift card that can be applied to a future visit, OR
- Receive a full monetary refund less a $15 cancelation fee.
- Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a cancellation email.
Guests (including birthday parties) who cancel a reservation less than 7 days in advance may:
- Email Wake Island Waterpark at info@wakeislandwaterpark.com or call 916-655-3900 to reschedule or receive a full-value gift card for use on a future date.
- Adjustments to your booking must be completed at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled activity start time.
- NO monetary refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of a booked activity.
- Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a cancellation email.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Guests who arrive late (after their check-in time) or fail to show at the time of their booking will NOT be issued refunds.
- Rescheduling will be accommodated day-of for late arrivals only if space permits.
- No Shows will not be eligible for refunds, rescheduling, or future credits.
